By founding Spark People, my wish is to help business leaders realize their intentions towards their teams, a task that is often time-consuming, as well as challenging to find ideas that truly convey the desired messages and resonate sincerely.

Ever since I was a child, I've loved putting together shared gifts. Through my first professional experience, I was able to see the concrete benefits of management recognition towards its teams, as well as its positive impact on group cohesion.

Later, within a consulting firm, I confirmed this growing need by analyzing trends aimed at optimizing the employee experience within companies.
