When I discovered her project, I was instantly moved. Because I, too, deeply believe in the power of genuine appreciation. In the magic of a well-timed “thank you.” In the lasting impact of a gesture that says, “You matter.”

 

Taking over Spark People quickly became a natural step for me. Today, it’s my playground and my purpose — a way to help companies nurture that precious human connection that often gets lost in the whirlwind of daily business.
